Hi, I'm Lauren! Thanks for visiting my little corner of the internet.

I started london + grey because I desperately needed a creative outlet. After graduating college, I was stuck in a 7-5 job that didn't exactly fulfill my wildest dreams. I love writing, design, fashion, health and cute animals so I figured a lifestyle blog was the perfect place to pull them all together. I was also inspired by several other blogs that successfully merged oddball topics.

Ultimately, I aspire to make london + grey a one-stop shop for all things beautiful.

As for me, I work in marketing/advertising/communications by day and have some pretty big career dreams outside of that. I'm passionate about Thoroughbred racing and ride hunter/jumpers, and I'm madly in love with my handsome orange cat. I love going on adventures, soaking up all the information I can find and proving to myself through fitness that I'm a superwoman.
